They are said to be created by the Celestials to help preserve the balance between mortals and beings of darkness, though others say that they were created just for fun and in order to keep Humans from becoming more powerful. They will forever, however, aid their not-so-friendly allies from the shadows.

His symbol is that of a Tome and he is portrayed as an ethereal being garbed in purple and blue. He is worshiped by all races, mostly the Dryodals, the Aezriels, and the Vespers. They are worshiped less by the Boreals whom believe more in the strength of ones self than that of mystical force. Noratus is also known to be the oldest of celestials, although is actually second to Uutel, having been created from nothing but Magyk.

History
Background:
Born nearly a century ago, Vlad lived with a nomad tribe of uneducated Vespers. After a decade of growing up, Vlad slowly started discovered that his mental capacities were increased compared to his fellow Vespers. He understood things that his family and friends did not, and had a knack for learning faster than his friends. Vlad finally decided that he wanted a life education. He went to the first scholar that would take him under his wing and spent a decade learning everything he could. When the scholar found out he was a Vesper, Vlad decided to keep his anonymity and killed his mentor by snapping his neck with the own will of his mind. Vlad spent the next six decades of his life learning all he could and became a great scholar himself. He now considers himself a sage, having learned many countless things. He now strives for action and adventure in his life. Being a Vesper, Vlad prefers nighttime to daytime, but he is willing to walk the world looking for partners and friends-in-arms to start his adventure.
